SHIPSTON-ON-STOUR TOWN COUNCIL: Visit the site here

We manage and maintain the town council web site, Shipston Online. Through our consultancy services we have also re-engineered key work processes and formulated standard communication channels as well as form designated networks to share information more freely. We also developed a planning application management system named PALMS for the council.

FOUR SHIRES MAGAZINE: Visit the site here

One of our more technically advanced online projects, the Four Shires web site supports a magazine that covers four counties. Our system provides the editors at Four Shires the capabilities to add articles from the magazine onto the Internet via a web interface and supports the sales of yearly subscriptions online. This allows for authorised parts of the magazine to be accessed from anywhere in the world. We also support their electronic communications and provide access to e-mail online.

We devised the inception for and won approval from local bodies to develop an official web portal/website for the Cotswold town of Chipping Campden and deliver web services to local community organisations providing the capability to maintain their own sub-sites. These included the Town Council, Tourist Information Centre, Campden Society and the Peeler’s Trust. We are also developing new revenue streams for the Tourist Information Centre through the portal which includes an online shop. We re-developed the Shipston High web site and have implemented a system to allow for the school to update the site from anywhere in the world. We also support their electronic communications and developed an advanced and feature rich extranet used by the school governors.

We have helped A* Tutors launch and devised an information system to support online learning. The company have grown such that they now operate from Stratford-upon-Avon and Leamington Spa and are attracting students from all over the UK.
